Orders
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases.
You will need to provide your email, phone number, and billing address, including your name, street address, and city.
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
You must provide a photo of the item immediately upon receiving it via email info@naturalforever.ae or WhatsApp at +971 502660282 .
Once verified, we will arrange a free return and process a refund or exchange.
We offer convenient cash-on-delivery services, allowing you to pay only when your order is in your hands.
In the UAE, we are able to deliver to almost all areas within 2 to 5 days. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our Customer Service team will contact you to find a solution.
Account
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
Click on “My Account” link at the top right of the page.

Click on save.
Congratulations! You now have an account and are ready to start shopping!
Once registered on naturalforever.ae, the My Account section allows you manage your account using a dashboard. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
Go to login page, click on forget password and provide your email id. you will be sent a verification link on the email. Click on the link and enter new password on the page and click save. Use that new password to login.
Return and Refund
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order number, is required.
Returns are only accepted on products purchased from our website naturalforever.ae.

The return is free of charge if you have received the wrong order or a defected product.
