Return Time Frame
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order number, is required.
- Returns are only accepted on products purchased from our website naturalforever.ae.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Sale items

Refund and Exchange Process
If your return is approved:

Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
